Which device should be selected for which department?

• Smartphones

Android:

3. Cashiers

Cashiers install the software on PC/POS to take orders, process payments, etc. They also install a printer to print receipts and kitchen tickets.

Use CukCuk Kitchen app on a tablet to receive orders, notify waitstaff and mark items as completed.

In addition to tablets, Kitchen/Bar should also use a smart TV to mirror the tablet screen (Screen Mirroring), so all kitchen/bar staff can see what needs to be prepared and how many portions. If the Kitchen/Bar does not use a tablet, a printer can be used to receive orders.

6. Food runners: 

The restaurant installs CukCuk Food Runner app on a smart TV so that food runners can easily see which items are ready and which tables are to be served to.
