1. When having order online, cashiers can add modifiers into dishes before confirming order
Purpose: Supporting cashier add more modifiers into disher before confirming order
Instruction steps:
Step 1: After customers make order successfully on order website, cashier will receive notification, in tab “Place order on website”, cashier can see order details and click “Add/Edit” to edit order before confirming
Step 2: Cashier selects dishes to add/ edit, and then click “Confirm”
2. Managers can follow up “Lists of Z-reports” and export report and send BIR
Purpose: Support restaurant to follow up Z-report and send BIR
Instruction steps:
On managing website, managers choose Report/ Sales, select “Summary of closing entries” and period of report
Managers can choose “Export” to export list of reports.
3. On tablet, cashier can make daily closing entry
Purpose: Support managers to set up daily closing entry on Tablet
Instruction steps:
Step 1: On software, select “Daily closing entry” on utilities tab
Step 2: Select “Create daily closing entry”
Note: If restaurants use many levels of taxes, daily closing entry will show revenue based on each type of taxes helping managers to easily follow up
