I. Web & PC – Sale
1. Allow the waitstaff to take order on PC/POS to save time (It is more stable for the waitstaff to take order on PC/POS than on tablet/smart phone)
Details of change: In some dine-in restaurants, they are very busy on the weekends and holidays. There is PC for the cashier, accountant and receiption while the waitstaff takes order with tablets or paper. However, due to slow and unstable connection, it makes the waitstaff difficult to take order. Therefore, as of R72 CUKCUK software allows the waitstaff and waitstaff cum cashier to log in the software on PC/POS.
Instruction steps:
On sale device: Log in as waitstaff or waitstaff cum cashier

2. Allow the guests to place delivery orders on 5food
Details of change: Currently, if the guest wants to place delivery order, they have to contact the restaurant. This takes them and the cashier a lot of time to recognize items. Therefore, as of R72 CUKCUK software allows the guests to place order right on 5food.

3. Add settings Include tax in service charge
Details of change: Currently, the program always includes tax for service charge. Therefore, as of R72 CUKCUK allows to set up to include or exclude tax for service charge. This helps the manager set up in accordance with the restaurant’s model.
Instruction steps:
Step 1: On management page, tại danh mục System settings\General settings\Purchase/Sale: check or uncheck Tax for service charge
If you select Tax for service charge, when the cashier gets payment the service charge will be charged.
If you do not select Tax for service charge, when the cashier gets payment the service charge will not be charged.
