R67.1

New features

1. Add warning of the storehouse being checked upon proceeding with purchase and storehouse before checking
2. Allow Standard Package users to use the restaurant chain feature
3. If a restauran chain removes any restaurant from the chain, this restaurant can still use the software until its current expiry date

1. Add warning of the storehouse being checked upon proceeding with purchase and storehouse before checking
Details of change: Currently checking inventory results in editing purchase order which is dated earlier than the checking time, but there is no warning and the restaurant still can recognize this document. As a result, it leads to difference among reports on stock receipt, issue and inventory. As of R67.1, CUKCUK software will show this warning.Instruction steps:
On the management page, at Storehouse or Purchase or Enter opening balance upon adding/editing/deleting note including ingredients and storhouse which have been checked and dated earlier than the checking time the program will show warning.
E.g.: On 05/10/2019 after checking storehouse, when you edit the stock receipt note dated 03/10/2019 including checked ingredients, the program will show this warning

2. Allow Standard Package users to use the restaurant chain feature

Details of change: Currently, only Enterprise Package offers chain feature but does not support the restaurant chain which only needs to manage revenue and sale. Therefore, as of R67.1 CUKCUK software allows Standard Package users to use the restaurant chain feature.

Instruction steps:
On the management page, on System settings/General information, check As a restaurant chain the program will move it from the single restaurant to a restaurant chain.

3. If a restauran chain removes any restaurant from the chain, this restaurant can still use the software until its current expiry date

Details of change: Currently, if the restaurant removes any shop from the chain, they cannot use the removed restaurants from the time of removal. Therefore, as of R67.1 CUKCUK software allows the restaurant to continue using these removed restaurants until the current license is expired.

E.g.: The restaurant chain has 10 restaurants and the license is valid until 31/10/2019. Today is 10/10/2019, the restaurant requests to extend and remove 3 restaurants. The program still allows them to use 10 restaurants until the end of 31/10/2019, i.e. 01/11/2019 the software warns of expiry and you must select 7 restaurants you want to keep.
