1. Add Privacy Policy to the software
Purpose:
According to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, add Privacy Policy and get the user’s confirmation.
To view Privacy Policy, please follow these steps:
I. For restaurants new to CUKCUK
1. Visit https://register.cukcuk.com/.
Add a checkbox I have read, understood and agreed with CUKCUK License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Here click on Privacy Policy to view details.
II. For current restaurants
On the management page, go to Help/Privacy Policy.
Click on the link to read the policy.
2. The manager can receive notifications of Order-at-the-table orders paid via iPay88 (for restaurants in Malaysia)
Details of change:
The manager can receive notifications of Order-at-the-table orders paid via iPay88 if there’s any problem with POS.
Note:
– This setting is only visible to the restaurant which uses Order at the table feature and Connect to iPay88
– After logging to POS, the restaurant can set up only 1 POS to receive and handle these orders.
Here are payment steps:
Case 1: The restaurant sets up payment in advance via iPay88 and receives notification via POS_1
I. When the guest makes payment:
Step 1: The guest scans QR Code to place order
Step 2: The guest selects items and adds them to Cart. Then click Check out.
Step 3: Make payment
On Guest information, please add phone number in order to check status. Then click Check out.
II. The cashier receives notification on POS
After making payment on iPay88, the cashier will receive a notification on POS as in the image.
Click on the notification. The program navigates to list of paid orders.
Note:
– If PC/POS_1 which is set up to receive and handle orders loses connection before there’s a new order. After changing to receive and handle orders on PC/POS_2: The program will recognize that order, automatically send it to the kitchen, and print bill on PC/POS_2.
– If PC/POS_1 which is set up to receive and handle orders loses connection after there’s a new order. After changing to receive and handle orders on PC/POS_2: The program will recognize all orders from the time PC/POS_1 loses connection, automatically send it to the kitchen, and print bill on PC/POS_2.
– If PC/POS_1 resumes connection:
- it is not allowed to receive and handle orders paid via iPay88.
- do not show notification of successful payment or new orders
- do not receive receipts processed by PC/POS_2
Case 2: The restaurant sets up post payment via iPay88 and receives notification via PC/POS_1
Step 1: The guest scans QR Code to place order
Step 2: The guest selects items and adds them to Cart. Then click Check out.
Step 3: Make payment
On Guest information, please add phone number in order to check status. Then click Check out.
II. The cashier receives notification on POS
After making payment on iPay88, the cashier will receive a notification on POS as in the image.
Click on the notification. The program navigates to list of paid orders.
