According to BIR regulations, the restaurant employees must close entries at the end of their shift. On CukCuk PC/POS, whenever the staff closes their shift, the program will automatically create an X-Reading report.
To check the shift closing entry on CukCuk, please follow these steps.
On Order screen, click on this icon
and select General report.
Tap on X-Reading Report.
On the left shows list of X-Reading reports, and details of the shift are on the left. Check the information and press Print.
Here is the printed X-Reading report.
Notes:
- Many employees can log in one device. However, when an employee closes their shift, it does not affect the others’ shifts.
- If one employee logs in multiple devices, upon closing their shift on any device the shift will be closed on all devices they have logged in.
- Even if an order is open, the shift can be closed.
