The restaurants, which are operating in Robinson Mall, can automatically send reports to the mall after closing daily entries. To do so, please follow these steps.
On the management page, go to System settings\General settings. On General information tab, click Edit, check Belong to trade center, and select Robinson. And then set up FTP connection.
Fill in connection information and click Connect.
Then click Save.
To check or browse the location of Auto-export report, click on this icon
and select Settings.
On Auto-export reports to trade center, you can check the location of the auto-exported files. Click on Browse if you want to change the location.
After closing entries, you can go to Export report for trade center to check the status.
If you fail to send report to Robinson, click Resend.
If you send the report to Robinson successfully, the status will be Success.
