The number of devices is less than or equal to 5, the restaurant provides guests with wi-fi connection.
In this case, the restaurant should use Offline working mode and install network in the restaurant as follows:
1. Connection mode: Offline

With Offline working mode, all operational activities in the restaurant will be synchronized via an Offline local server placed in the restaurant (PC must be installed CUKCUK Server) without Internet. Data of the restaurant is synchronized to MISA server. The owner can use the CUKCUK Manager application on tablet/phone or go to the restaurant address on CUKCUK to view operation of the restaurant.

2. Installation mode

The guests’ devices are directly connected to Modem and the staff’s devices are connected to the local Router
The guests’ devices are directly connected to Modem and the staff’s devices are connected to the local Router Please follow these steps:

  • Install 1 Modem directly connected to the provider’s network line.
  • Install 1 Router connected to the Modem.
  • All devices of the staff and local server are connected to the Router.
  • All devices of the guests are connected to the Modem.
Configure as follows: Assign an IP address according to MAC address of the local server directly on Modem. View details here.

 

The number of guests’ devices at the same time is not too many (~10 devices). If such number is more, 1 Router should be installed.

 

If the restaurant is large, it is necessary to install additional access points in order to ensure stable connection. It is necessary to configure as follows:

  • Assign IP address of access points (Wifi 1, Wifi 2, Wifi 3…) the same as IP address of the Modem. View details here.
