For big restaurants, it offers table service and uses all devices. With this model, the restaurant should apply Offline working mode.
With Offline working mode, all operational activities in the restaurant will be synchronized via an Offline local server placed in the restaurant (PC must be installed CUKCUK Server) without Internet. Data of the restaurant is synchronized to MISA server. The owner can use the CUKCUK For Manager application on tablet/phone or go to the restaurant address on CUKCUK to view operation of the restaurant.

- Waitstaff uses tablet/phone to take order for guests.
- Kitchen/Bar staff uses tablet + TV or printer to receive process order.
- Food runner views processing status and which table to serve on SmartTV.
- Cashier will check order, check out and get payment from guests on PC/POS/tablet

- Cashier: install CUKCUK – Sale app on tablet/AnyPOS or CUKCUK – Sale software on PC/POS.
- Waitstaff: install CUKCUK – Sale app on phone/tablet.
- Kitchen/bar staff: install CUKCUK – Kitchen/Bar on tablet (Android) or use printer for Kitchen/Bar.
- Owner: install CUKCUK – Manager on tablet/phone.
- Food runner: install CUKCUK – Food runner on SmartTV.

To implement this model, it is necessary to install a network in the restaurant in either of these models:Model 1: The restaurant separates network for staff from for guests.
