[International] How to sell item with unit price on menu already includes tax and apply multiple tax rates?

If the restaurant want to sell item with unit price on menu already includes tax and apply multiple tax rates, please follow these steps:

Go to the management page, on System settings\General settings\Purchase/Sale, select Unit price on menu already includes tax and Apply multiple tax rates

Then setting tax rates for items.

When ordering, getting payment on CUKCUK Sale Tablet Android, selling price of items will be included tax.
