I. Purpose
The manager can integrate CukCuk with their Grab Merchant App.
II. Instruction steps
1. Integrate with Grab
On the management page, go to Application and click Grab.
Enter Grab Merchant ID.
* Here is how to get Grab Merchant ID.
On your Grab Merchant App, click More.
Select Store.
Scroll down to Store ID. Copy this ID and paste it on the Grab Merchant ID box.
Then, click Continue.
2. Set up selling time
2.1. Days of the week operate in the same time slot
If the restaurant operates in the same time slot for the whole week, check Days of the week operate in the same time slot and set up time range.
Click plus icon to add more time slot.
You can add up to 3 time slots. Click OK.
2.2. Each day has a different time slot
If the restaurant’s business hours vary for different time slots each day, check Each day has a different time slot. Check the days the restaurant operates and add time slots.
3. Set up menu
3.1. Add items to menu on Grab manually
Click Select item. Check items to be sold on Grab.
You can edit prices applied on Grab. Then click OK.
3.2. Quickly import items to menu on Grab
Click Import. Download a template.
Fill in item information into the file.
Go back to the management page and click Select to browse file.
Check data. Here the program will show valid and invalid items. Click Proceed to continue.
Here are the import results.
4. Set up menu book
Click Add Menu Book. Enter a book name. You can select All time slots.
or Specific time slot if this book is only sold at a specific time.
Select Menu category.
After this, click Active to activate this restaurant on Grab.
Note: You must complete setting selling time, menu and menu book before activating your restaurant on Grab.
5. Log in Grab account
Click Log in.
Fill in your restaurant account. Click Log in.
Select the restaurant you want to connect.
Click Enable integration.
It’s connected successfully.
