When printing a bill with EPSON TM-U220B, it only prints to the length of 297 mm (equivalent to an A4 paper). The cause may be that driver of EPSON TM-U220B does not support the length of more than 297mm. Here is the troubleshooting:
- Go to Start\Devices and Printers.
- Right click EPSON TM-U220B printer, select Printing preferences.
- On Layout tab, select User Defined Paper Size to set paper size for the printer.
- Enter expected paper size.
- Paper Size Name: you define name of the paper size.
- Paper Width: recommended 76 mm.
- Paper Length: recommended more than 2000 mm.
- Click Save Paper Size.
- Then right click EPSON TM-U220B printer, select Printing properties.
- On General tab, click Preferences…
- On Layout tab, select the recently set Paper Size.
- Click Apply.
- On Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults…
- On Layout tab, select the recently set Paper Size.
- Click Apply.
