For the restaurants which usually get payment right after taking order and sending to kitchen/bar, to help the cashier to decrease some actions on sale app, please follow these steps:
On SettingsGeneral Settings, select “Automatically send order to kitchen/bar upon checking out”
Select order type (Dine in, Take away, Delivery) you want to apply this feature.
Then, as soon as the cashier/waistaff cum cashier clicks on Check out in Order details screen or Order screen, the Process tickets will be automatically sent to Kitchen/bar.
Note: this feature does not support the restaurants which select option “Allow to send 1 item to multiple kitchens/bars”
If you use Sale app on Phone, these actions are still the same.
