If the restaurant allows guest to talk with and give order with a digital waitstaff, please set as follows:
- On Settings/General settings , turn Use digital waitstaff feature on.
- On Order window, the app displays this feature.
- Select gender. If it is male, select this icon , if it is female select this icon .
- Click this icon
to talk with the digital staff.
- Wait until the app displays Listening status and start to talk.
- The guest can greet, ask about new items, special items in the restaurant and give order.
For example: 2 pizzas please.
- Moreover, the guest can talk to the digital staff about name, age, health, family relationship.
For example: What’s your name? Where do you live? What kind of music do you like?,
