How to solve the problem that Send/Print order is delayed in peak hours?

This situation occurs when the restaurant is crowded at peak hours. The waitstaff has already clicked Send button to Kitchen/Bar or send payment request to the cashier, but it takes some time for the order to be printed in Kitchen/Bar or the payment request to reach the cashier.

Cause: Because the restaurant uses Wi-fi network for both guests and staff. At peak hours, the number of devices connected to Wi-fi at the same time is high, so it does not run as quickly as expected.
So how many devices can get accessed to internet at the same time?
According to theory and manufacturer’s producer, wifi transmitter allows multiple devices to get connected at the same time. However, actually it can best serve from 15 to 20 devices at the same time. In addition, the number of connected devices which can run smoothly is less depending on the data packet the restaurant is using.
Moreover, wifi signal is usually bad when multiple devices use the same frequency. Consequently, when it reaches the limit, wifi signal is not strong enough so that it takes some time to complete printing.
To solve such problem, the restaurant should set up a separate wifi network for guests. The staff’s devices gets connected to a separate network. At the same time, printers and cashier’s POS/PC should use wired network
