When serving and getting payment, the cashier wants to know the guest belonging to which table/order just with their name, please follow these steps to set up:
Go to the management page, On System settingsGeneral settings, Purchase/Sale, select “Show the name of the guest and waitstaff on order”, then select “Guest name”
If order has guest information, the guest name will be shown on order:
In addition, when creating order, the waitstaff/cashier can add guest information by selecting Order details, search guest in the list or add new guest by touching the plus icon.
