The restaurant has multiple floors/areas. Each floor/area has 1 bar and 1 kitchen for such floor/area. To print Process ticket in the correct area/floor, the cashier/waitstaff should follow these steps:
Case 4: The restaurant has multiple cashiers using PC/POS, the waitstaff prints process ticket via LAN network.

On the cashier’s PC/POS:

On the waitstaff’s mobile devices:
- Printer settings for kitchen/bar by area.
Case 2: The restaurant has 1 cashier using PC/POS, the waitstaff prints process ticket via LAN network.

- In case of cashier cum waitstaff, proceed with printer settings for kitchen/bar by area..
- Select a cashier’s device which allows the waitstaff to print. Check Allow kitchen/bar to print via this computer when the restaurant uses tablets or smartphones to take order.
- On the other cashiers’ devices, uncheck Allow kitchen/bar to print via this computer when the restaurant uses tablets or smartphones to take order.
On the waitstaff’s mobile devices:
- Printer settings for kitchen/bar by area.

Note: If each floor of the restaurant has 1 bar but specialized kitchens like Asian cuisine, Western cusine, etc.
You should set as follows:
- Bar by floor/area.
- Kitchen is set Not by area, at that time the item will be printed in the kitchen as set upon entering item.
