If the restaurant use LAN Printer, the weighing staff goes to SettingsPrinter and Template settings
Select printers to kitchens (these printers are located in weighing section)
After the waitstaff confirms that guests agree with quantity of weighed items, the weighing staff touches to Confirmed – Not yet send to K/B, select Send to K/B
Process ticket will be printed.
The weighing staff puts this ticket in the basket of the weighed ingredients and brings them to kitchen.
Note: if the restaurant use KDS app for kitchen istead of printer, these items will be shown on Process screen on KDS app.
