The restaurant which serves items by ingredient has a weighing section. Weighing staff can use SALE app on Tablet/iPad to update quantity of items by ingredient, send notification to waistaff and processing ticket which has just been weighed to kitchen/bar.
To set up, please follow these steps:
- Go to the management page, on SettingsGeneral Settings, check “The restaurant has a weighing section”

After taking order and selecting items by ingredient, the waitstaff/cashier wants to send weighing request to weighing staff, please follow these steps:
On Order screen, select items by ingredient, check Require to weigh this item and enter quantity; then select items made by that ingredient and enter quantity for each item, touch OK.
After selecting item made by ingredient, this item has quantity by 0.
After order is saved, weighing request will be sent to weighing staff.
As soon as the ingredients have been weighed by Weighing Staff. View instruction details here.
A notification will be sent to waitstaff.
The waitstaff touch notification or List of weighing confirmations to confirm
Touch icon
