How does the kitchen/bar staff receive notification on Returned Items on their tablet?

If the restaurant use CUKCUK KDS app for Kitchen/Bar, please check “Send Returned Item Ticket to Kitchen/Bar when any items is returned” on the management page,

The waitstaff checks item(s) to be returned.

The chef/bartender will receive this notification:
