After the guest takes order with CUKCUK Self Order, the cashier will receive a notification. At that time, the cashier needs to confirm this order as follows:
- On CUKCUK Sale screen, click on the notification.
- Or click the icon
, select Self Order List to confirm.
- On the guest’s request, click Confirm.
- Then this request will be changed to order and managed on the restaurant’s list of orders.
If the manager does not require the cashier to confirm the guest’s request before sending it to kitchen/bar, after taking self-order this order will be sent to the restaurant’s kitchen/bar. The cashier can check order history by clicking Self-Order History.
