1. Purpose
After the guest takes order on the app, their order will be sent to the cashier/waitstaff’s device and sent directly to kitchen/bar without the cashier’s confirmation.
2. Instruction steps
1. Uncheck “Cashier needs to confirm before sending to kitchen/bar” on Settings
2. Log in the app on iPad, select the cashier’s device. Select Connect to and click Done.
3. Select table for iPad
4. The guest selects items on the app and then click Send order (View instruction on how to self-order here).
Order will be sent directly to kitchen/bar without the cashier’s confirmation.
5. The cashier can view self-order history by clicking Self-Order History
