1. Purpose
To enter list of credit/debit cards the restaurant accepts so that the cashier can get payment via bank card and the manager can follow up pay-in.
1. Go to Utilities\Credit/Debit Card.
=> The software defaults some common bank cards.
2. The first 3 cards are shown on Check out screen of the cashier. Other cards are in Other => Click Up/Down to move the mostly used to the top so that the cashier can easily and quickly check out for guests.
3. If the restaurant accepts any kind of bank card which is not in the list, click Add.
4. Enter information and select icon for the card => If this card is in one of three first cards, this icon will be displayed on cashier’s Check out screen.
5. The manager/accountant can follow up pay-in at Bank deposit\Deposit checking.
