Cancelled items, moved items or combined items are shown on Processing summary screen when the waitstaff do corresponding action by sale app

When the waitstaff cancel items, a notification will be sent to the kitchen/bar app and cancelled items will be shown with red strikethrough on Processing summary screen

Touch icon  to hide cancelled items

When items are moved to or combined with another order, those items will have a note under order on Processing summary screen
