1. Purpose
The restaurant can enter list of food/drink in a set menu or combo (E.g.: chick combo includes 1 piece of Fried chicken, 1 pepsi and 1 French fries).
To enter combo, follow these steps:
1. Enter items in a combo, details in: Add food to menu and Add drinks to menu.
2. Go to Menu, click Add.
3. If the combo only includes specified items, check Fixed. Enter information in General information tab.
Note: The software defaults 3 schedules as in the screen. If your schedule is different, click Edit schedule to edit. When editing schedule of a combo, the software will automatically update this schedule for all items on menu.
3. If the combo allows the guests to select any items in the combo, check Flexible. Enter information in General information tab.
Enter group name, quanity and select child items in the group
E.g.: To add a combo including food and drinks where the guest can select 1 of two food items (New York steak 250g/Tenderloin steak 250g), 1 of two drink items (Claudius Caesar Doux/Champane Charles Weiss), please follow these steps:
At Combo component, Group item enters “Food”, quantity is 1, select New York steak 250g/Tenderloin steak 250g
Then click the icon
to add drink group the same as food group

Note:

- If combo is a special item of the restaurant, check Special item. Then, combo will be listed in Special item on Order screen.
- If checking Not display on menu, combo will not be listed on waitstaff/cashier’s Order screen.
- For the photo to look good on program, size should be 4×3. E.g: 1280×720 pixel.
4. Price schedule tab (Only display if the restaurant checks Apply price schedule in System settings\General settings\Sale/Purchase).
