I. Purpose
The manager can set up point redemption programs on MISA Lomas.
II. Instruction steps
1. Set up programs
On the management page, go to MISA Lomas.

Go to Marketing. Click Create reward program under Marketing campaign.

Select Add from promo program if there’s any program created on PC/POS. Select Add default promo program to create a new one.

Here are the steps to set up a program:
Step 1: Click this icon
to add or edit image.
Step 2: Enter the program name
Step 3: Enter the number of points for redemption
Step 4: Click this icon
to select Discount by percent or by amount. Then enter the value accordingly.
Step 5: Set up Code length and Start character
Step 6: Enter the number of codes to be generated.
Step 7: Select Applicable branch if this is a restaurant chain.
Step 8: Set up Applicable time.
Step 9: Set up Applicable condition.
Step 10: Click Advanced condition if you want to add more conditions.
Click Compete to add the program.

2. Send code(s) to customers.
Click on the program name to open.

Check the codes and click Gift code to customer.

You can select the number of customers up to the number of promotion codes previously chosen. Click Gift code to send the code(s) to the customer(s)

3. Apply the code
Upon checking out and entering the member’s name, click Use points & Gift codes.

Check the applicable voucher and click OK.

Click Payment to complete the order.
