Usually after taking order and sending it to kitchen/bar the waitstaff/cashier prints 1 Guest check including ordered items and post it on the guest’s table.
To print Guest check form Sale app on tablet, please follow these steps:
Open Settings, select Printer and Template settings, then slide the button Print Guest Check and LAN printer settings
Set up printer and choose paper size, font size you want.
When the waitstaff/cashier takes order for the guest and sends it to the kitchen/bar, the program will automtically print 1 Guest check at the same time.
If the restaurant uses Kitchen/bar sending log, you can reprint Guest Check (if it is torned or lost)
Please open K/B sending log, search order which requires reprinting and then touch to Print Guest Check.
