Purpose: Support cashier to stop receiving orders from Order Online website on POS
Instruction steps:
Step 1: On POS, at the screen of managing order online, select “Stop receiving order”

Step 2: Fill notification you want to send to your customers. And then, select “Stop receiving order”

Note: Notification will be shown when customers make orders on Order Online

Step 3: After setting stopping receiving orders, setting button turns to blue
If you want to receive order online, cashier will turn off “Stop receiving order” feature

Note:

 

• Only server administrator and cashier have right to turn on or turn off this feature
• CukCuk server will save the latest notification for the next use. Cashier can edit content before sending to customer
• When cashier turns on or turn off this feature, server will automatically synchronize to managing website
