1. Dine-in restaurants want that the guest can make online reservation on 1 app to save money from calling the guest and the guest does not need to use too many applications.
2. When the staff does not know how to log in local server, he/she wants to read the instruction on how to log in without having the agency or salesperson support.
3. Only install CUKCUK on Windows 7 or higher.
4. Improve report on Sales by modifier to reflect the right promotion distribution (do not apply promotion to modifiers)
1. Dine-in restaurants want that the guest can make online reservation on 1 app to save money from calling the guest and the guest does not need to use too many applications.
Details of change: In the dine-in restaurants, it takes the guest a lot of time to make reservation by calling or via the app provided by the restaurant and wait for the restaurant’s confirmation. Therefore, as of R64, CUKCUK adds Online reservation feature via 5Food so that the restaurant can save money from calling the guest and the guest does not need to use too many applications.
Instruction steps:
- On the management page, select 5food.
- Select Online reservation, check ‘I have understood and agreed to use online reservation feature. Click Confirm of offfering reservation service.
- The guest uses 5Food to make reservation.
- The cashier receives notification on reservation from 5Food on Sale software.
- The cashier confirms or denies reservation
2. When the staff does not know how to log in local server, he/she wants to read the instruction on how to log in without having the agency or salesperson support.
Details of change: In offline-working mode, sometimes the staff has difficulty in logging into the local server but cannot read the instruction. Therefore, as of R64 CUKCUK software adds a link to Help. Here the staff can open Server software and click Help on the bottom left of the screen to check out the instructions and use the software.
3. Only install CUKCUK on Windows 7 or higher.
Details of change: As of 8/4/2019, Microsoft stops supporting .Net Framwork on Windows XP. Therefore, as of R64 CUKCUK cannot be newly installed on Win XP. The restaurants which use Win XP still can run older version of CUKCUK.
4. Improve report on Sales by modifier to reflect the right promotion distribution (do not apply promotion to modifiers)
Details of change: Because the program does not set to apply promotion to the modifiers. As of R64, Sales by modifiers report will remove Promotion column.
