If the guest uses 5Food and sends payment request via 5Food, the waitstaff can recognize the guest information on the smartphone and send Request Check to the cashier as follows:
- On the order requesting payment, click the icon and select Request Check via 5Food.
- Enter the guest’s phone number, click the icon .
- The program will show the guest’s account information. Click Send request in order to send request to the cashier.
- Or you can click Scan code to directly scan the guest’s membership ID on 5Food (each guest has 1 Membership ID on 5Food).
If the guest has not registered any 5Food account, click Invitation to 5Food in order to send the installer to the guest’s device.
Cashier (on PC/POS)
- The cashier will receive the waitstaff’s notification. (And there will be 5Food icon on the order sent by the waitstaff)
- On Check out screen, the program will automatically recognize the guest information. Click Send 5Food to send Check to the guest’s 5Food account.
