Why doesn’t the kitchen/bar receive processing tickets from the waitstaff?

Fact: In the restaurant, the waitstaff uses tablet to send processing tickets to kitchen/bar via the cashier’s PC. However, sometimes the printer does not print the tickets.

Cause: Due to the program, for the orders which were created for more than 1 day when the cashier sends processing tickets, those tickets will not be printed.

Troubleshooting: Create new order.
