Case 1: For the promotion programs like Offer free item, Discount by item, Discount by bill applicable to all guests with no condition, the Manager sets Automatically apply this promotion program upon checking out.
Case 2: The manager does not set Automatically apply this promotion program upon checking out, but the guest who is in the group or has the card class satisfying the condition of the program will be automatically applied.
