Customer checks in

1. Purpose
Help the receptionist to confirm that the guest has checked in on software.

2. Instruction steps

1. Select the guest’s reservation information.
2. Tick the icon  to confirm that the guest has checked in.

c. Note
1. After confirmation of check-in, the software will automatically move the reservation order to the Serving screen of the order-taking staff and the Checking out screen of the cashier.

2. When the reservations are overdue and the guests have not come yet, Waiting list screen or Coming list screen becomes red.
