I. Purpose<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This feature enables seamless integration between CukCuk POS and the\u00a0U Money digital wallet, allowing customers to pay by scanning a QR code directly at checkout.<\/p>\n

II. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/span>Enable U Money on the dashboard<\/div>
\n

Go to Utilities \/ Credit\/Debit card\/E-Wallet.\u00a0<\/strong>Select Yes in\u00a0Inactive <\/strong>column.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Find\u00a0U Money QR\u00a0<\/strong>and click Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Fill in\u00a0Merchant code\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Store code.\u00a0<\/strong>Click\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>to apply the configuration.\"\"<\/p>\n

U Money QR is now activated.<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Here is how to get Merchant code and Store code on\u00a0U Money.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click\u00a0Profile\u00a0<\/strong>and select\u00a0Merchant Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you can see the merchant code.<\/p>\n

At checkout, select\u00a0U Money<\/strong>\u00a0as the payment method.<\/p>\n

Enter the amount.<\/p>\n

The system will generate and display a\u00a0dynamic QR code<\/strong>\u00a0for the exact payable amount.<\/p>\n

The customer opens the U Money app and taps\u00a0Scan QR<\/strong>\u00a0to scan the code.<\/p>\n

The customer:<\/p>\n

  • Clicks\u00a0Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n
    • Enters their\u00a0PIN<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n
      • Enters the\u00a0OTP<\/strong>\u00a0sent to their registered phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \"\"<\/h3>\n

        Once verified, the transaction is completed and automatically recorded in the POS system.<\/p>\n

        The order is successfully paid via U Money QR.<\/p>\n

        Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. If the restaurant operates under a chain model, the U Money payment method can only be configured at the Chain account level. Once configured at the Chain level, the settings will apply to all linked branches accordingly.\"\"<\/p>\n

        2. If the customer chooses to pay using more than one payment method (e.g., Cash + U Money), the cashier can enter the specific amount to be paid via U Money as follows:\"\"<\/p>\n

        After the U Money payment is successful, the cashier proceeds with another payment method to settle the remaining balance.<\/p>\n

        The system will automatically record each payment under its respective method.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
