The staff can receive and process orders from Grab<\/p>\n

II. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/h4>\n
1. Set up a POS system to receive orders<\/h5>\n

Click this icon \"\"and select\u00a0Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

On\u00a0General settings\u00a0<\/strong>tab, check\u00a0Assign this POS as the default device to automatically send Online orders to the kitchen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Only the staff who is assigned on the management page can process orders from Grab.<\/p>\n

2. Receive orders<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click this icon and select Place order on website.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Please note that all orders from Grab are automatically sent to kitchen. When the order is ready, click Delivery.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0Payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The program defaults the payment method as\u00a0Grab<\/strong>. However, you can select another method by clicking this icon \"\"and select a method.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0OK\u00a0<\/strong>to complete the order.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

3. Add\/Edit orders<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If any change to the order is needed, click this icon \"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

To reduce the quantity of any item, click this icon \"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Enter the quantity to be reduced and select reason. Click OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

You also can add new items to the order to compensate for the removed items. The edited order value must be less than or equal to the original order value.<\/p>\n

4. Cancel orders<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If any problem occurs and you want to cancel the order, click\u00a0Cancel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If an order is canceled because of being out of stock, select the reason and check the out-of-stock item(s). Click\u00a0OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n
