The manager can set up point redemption programs on MISA Lomas.<\/p>\n

1. Set up programs<\/strong><\/h5>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0MISA Lomas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0Marketing<\/strong>. Click\u00a0Create reward program\u00a0<\/strong>under Marketing campaign.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Select\u00a0Add from promo program\u00a0<\/strong>if there’s any program created on PC\/POS.\u00a0Select\u00a0Add default promo program\u00a0<\/strong>to create a new one.<\/p>\n

Here are the steps to set up a program:<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Click this icon \"\"to add or edit image.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Enter the program name<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Enter the number of points for redemption<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Click this icon \"\"to select Discount by percent or by amount. Then enter the value accordingly.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Set up\u00a0Code length\u00a0<\/strong>and Start character\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> Enter the number of codes to be generated.<\/p>\n

Step 7:<\/strong> Select\u00a0Applicable branch\u00a0<\/strong>if this is a restaurant chain.<\/p>\n

Step 8:\u00a0<\/strong>Set up\u00a0Applicable time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 9:\u00a0<\/strong>Set up\u00a0Applicable condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 10:\u00a0<\/strong>Click\u00a0Advanced condition\u00a0<\/strong>if you want to add more conditions.<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0Compete\u00a0<\/strong>to add the program.<\/p>\n

2. Send code(s) to customers.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click on the program name to open.<\/p>\n

Check the codes and click\u00a0Gift code to customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can select the number of customers up to the number of promotion codes previously chosen. Click\u00a0Gift code\u00a0<\/strong>to send the code(s) to the customer(s)<\/p>\n

3. Apply the code<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Upon checking out and entering the member’s name, click Use points & Gift codes.<\/strong><\/p>\n
