I. Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

At dine-in or quick service restaurant chains with multiple branches sharing the same menu and prices, managers can select specific branches to quickly apply updates such as modifiers, item prices, or other item information whenever there are changes.<\/p>\n

II. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>1. Quickly update one item to selected branches in the chain<\/div>
<\/span><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to Menu<\/strong> and select the item you want to update. Enter the new information, then check Synchronize to other restaurants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Select the branches to apply the update, then click Next<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program defaults to updating all information. The manager can uncheck the information not to be synchronized. After that, click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Click Save <\/b>to apply changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0Menu.\u00a0<\/strong>Click Option <\/strong>and select Synchronize menus<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check branches to synchronize. Click Next.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Check All <\/strong>to select all information for update. The restaurant can uncheck any information not to be synchronized. Then, click Next<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check items to be synchronized. Click Synchronize<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the result of synchronization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>The program only synchronizes items that already exist at the selected branches. One item cannot be synchronized at the branch “phosaigon24h_B003” because the item does not exist there.
