I. PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

During setup in the system, the restaurant manager can create different roles even if they share the same main function, with specific permissions assigned to each. This way, some staff members are allowed to perform certain actions, while others are not. This approach allows the manager to flexibly and effectively control and allocate permissions for each employee.<\/p>\n

II. INSTRUCTION STEPS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Create roles<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0System settings\/Role management\u00a0<\/strong>and click\u00a0Add.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enter role name and description.<\/p>\n

In the Order <\/strong>section, select Order taking <\/strong>and tick the actions this role is allowed to perform.<\/p>\n

In the Payment <\/strong>section, select\u00a0Payment\u00a0<\/strong>and tick the action(s) this role is allowed to perform.<\/p>\n

In the Report <\/strong>section, for each kind of report, tick\u00a0the action(s) this role is allowed to perform.<\/p>\n

2. Assign permissions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0Utilities\/Staff<\/strong>. Click\u00a0Add<\/strong>. Fill in the staff information and click this icon \"\" to select role.<\/p>\n
