The manager can integrate CukCuk with their Grab Merchant App.<\/p>\n

II. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/h4>\n
1. Integrate with Grab<\/strong><\/h5>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0Application\u00a0<\/strong>and click\u00a0Grab.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enter Grab Merchant ID.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

* Here is how to get Grab Merchant ID.<\/p>\n

On your Grab Merchant App, click More.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select\u00a0Store.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Scroll down to\u00a0Store ID.\u00a0<\/strong>Copy this ID and paste it on the Grab Merchant ID box.<\/p>\n

Then, click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Set up selling time<\/strong><\/h5>\n
2.1. Days of the week operate in the same time slot<\/strong><\/h6>\n

If the restaurant operates in the same time slot for the whole week, check\u00a0Days of the week operate in the same time slot\u00a0<\/strong>and set up time range.<\/p>\n

Click plus icon to add more time slot.<\/p>\n

You can add up to 3 time slots. Click\u00a0OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.2. Each day has a different time slot<\/strong><\/h6>\n

If the restaurant\u2019s business hours vary for different time slots each day, check\u00a0Each day has a different time slot.\u00a0<\/strong>Check the days the restaurant operates and add time slots.<\/p>\n

3. Set up menu<\/strong><\/h5>\n
3.1. Add items to menu on Grab manually<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click\u00a0Select item.\u00a0<\/strong>Check items to be sold on Grab.<\/p>\n

You can edit prices applied on Grab. Then click\u00a0OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

3.2. Quickly import items to\u00a0<\/strong>menu on Grab<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click\u00a0Import.\u00a0<\/strong>Download a template.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Fill in item information into the file.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Go back to the management page and click Select<\/strong> to browse file.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Check data. Here the program will show valid and invalid items. Click\u00a0Proceed\u00a0<\/strong>to continue.<\/p>\n

Here are the import results.<\/p>\n

4. Set up menu book<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click\u00a0Add Menu Book.\u00a0<\/strong>Enter a book name. You can select\u00a0All time slots.<\/strong><\/p>\n

or\u00a0Specific time slot\u00a0<\/strong>if this book is only sold at a specific time.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Select Menu category.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After this, click\u00a0Active\u00a0<\/strong>to activate this restaurant on Grab.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>You must complete setting selling time, menu and menu book before activating your restaurant on Grab.<\/p>\n

5. Log in Grab account<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Click Log in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fill in your restaurant account. Click\u00a0Log in.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Select the restaurant you want to connect.<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0Enable integration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s connected successfully.<\/p>\n
