I. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The restaurant can issue taxed bills and create Credit memos as stipulated by the tax authority.<\/p>\n

II. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/p>\n

To use this feature, the restaurant must be in offline mode, and the bill numbers must be continuous.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Set up on the management page<\/div>
\n

First, you need to set it up on the management page. Go to System settings\\General settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On\u00a0Sale\/Purchase\u00a0<\/strong>tab, check\u00a0Issue tax invoice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Click on\u00a0Set up restaurant information in tax invoice\u00a0<\/strong>to check and edit your restaurant information as registered at the tax authority.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0Document number rules,\u00a0<\/strong>the program adds numbering rules for\u00a0Tax bill number\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Credit memo number.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now, take order as usual. Upon checking out, check Guest takes taxed bill.\u00a0<\/strong>Then, click\u00a0Payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you will fill in the guest information or select an existing guest on the program. After that, get payment.<\/p>\n

You can set up bill template by going to\u00a0Settings\/Printer and template\u00a0<\/strong>and select\u00a0Template settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here you can select what to show on the bill.<\/p>\n

Click on this icon\"\"and select List of credit memo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Press\u00a0Create credit memo\u00a0<\/strong>and tap on the bill to create.<\/p>\n

Here you can decrease the number of ordered items or delete it.<\/p>\n

After that, click\u00a0Payment\u00a0<\/strong>to create a credit memo.<\/p>\n

Please note that 1 taxed bill can be created credit memo once.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
