The restaurants can create a list of time-priced services that are not food\/drink such as karaoke rooms, movie rooms, etc.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> This feature only supports dine-in restaurants with cashiers, waitstaff using PC\/POS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/a>Step<\/strong> 1: Add time-priced services<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Go to\u00a0<\/strong>Utilities\/Time-priced service<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and click\u00a0<\/strong>Add.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Enter information in General information <\/strong>tab and click Save <\/strong>or Save & Add<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>Round up timing block<\/p>\n

– 15-minute block:<\/strong> The system will round up to 15 minutes. E.g. actual time is 2 hours 6 minutes. It will be rounded up to 2 hours 15 minutes. You can set up the block at your need.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The minimum block is 1 minute.<\/p>\n

3. On Special schedule <\/strong>tab, set up different schedules for time-priced services:<\/p>\n

<\/a>Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Take order<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The waitstaff takes order as usual, select time-priced service.<\/p>\n

2. Click on Set time <\/strong>to enter the time the guest checks in<\/p>\n

  1. Upon checking out, if there’s any discrepancy, the cashier can Adjust time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Case 1: Do not require the manager to confirm if there’s any change in the time-priced service<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Case 2: Require the manager to confirm if there’s any change in the time-priced service<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Go to\u00a0<\/strong>System settings\/General settings\/Purchase\/Sale<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Click Edit<\/strong> and select Change result of checking out\/Change time of time-priced service<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Click\u00a0<\/strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Upon checking out, if there’s any discrepancy, the cashier adjusts time to the actual time.<\/p>\n
