{"id":24823,"date":"2023-08-30T10:14:22","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T03:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/172.16.180.51:20265\/en\/kb\/what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-item\/"},"modified":"2023-11-27T09:58:15","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T02:58:15","slug":"what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-item","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/en\/kb\/what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-item\/","title":{"rendered":"What to do when guest cancels item?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For orders that has been saved, but guest want to cancels item, proceed as following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If order has not been sent to kitchen\/bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch order that you need to delete item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6701\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Orderlist_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"528\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-511 alignnone\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Mobile_Bieu_tuong_ba_cham.png\" alt=\"Mobile_Bieu_tuong_ba_cham\" width=\"16\" height=\"35\" \/>\u00a0 at the line containing the item you want to delete, and select <strong>Delete item<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>That item will be removed from the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6685\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/menuselectservingtime_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>If order has been sent to kitchen\/bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch order that has item you need to delete.Touch the item you want to delete.Touch <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-511 alignnone\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Mobile_Bieu_tuong_ba_cham.png\" alt=\"Mobile_Bieu_tuong_ba_cham\" width=\"16\" height=\"35\" \/> and select <strong>Delete item<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6702\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/menudelete_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select quantity of item you want to delete, select reason for deleting.<\/li>\n<li>Touch\u00a0<strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6703\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/selectdeletereason_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Then the deleted item will be crossed on the order list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6704\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/itemdeleted_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a portion of items have been served, you can only delete the remaining unserved portion of that item.<\/li>\n<li>If all of that item has been served, you cannot delete that item.<\/li>\n<li>Cannot delete item in combo or item processed by ingredient (that sold by weight).<\/li>\n<li>When an item is deleted, there will be a sound notification and that item will disappear on KDS.<\/li>\n<li>If the restaurant manager selects option <strong>Restaurant manager must confirm before deleting order, item<\/strong>, then you must have confirmation of a manager account to delete item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ib aligncenter wp-image-6094\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Xac_nhan_quan_ly_en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The accounts that can confirm item deletion: <strong>Restaurant manager, Restaurant chain manager, System admin<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the manager wants to let other staff to confirm deletion, the manager can assign that staff the role as\u00a0<strong>Order control<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For orders that has been saved, but guest want to cancels item, proceed as following: If order has not been sent to kitchen\/bar Touch order that you need to delete item.
