<\/a>1. Add Privacy Policy to the software<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose: <\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Decree 13\/2023\/ND-CP, add Privacy Policy and get the user’s confirmation.<\/p>\n

To view Privacy Policy, please follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I. For restaurants new to CUKCUK<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Visit https:\/\/register.cukcuk.com\/.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add a checkbox I have read, understood and agreed with CUKCUK License Agreement and Privacy Policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

II. For current restaurants<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to Help\/Privacy Policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a>2. The manager can receive notifications of Order-at-the-table orders paid via iPay88 (for restaurants in Malaysia)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Details of change:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The manager can receive notifications of Order-at-the-table orders paid via iPay88 if there’s any problem with POS.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 This setting is only visible to the restaurant which uses Order at the table <\/strong>feature and Connect to iPay88<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 After logging to POS, the restaurant can set up only 1 POS to receive and handle these orders.<\/p>\n

Here are payment steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Case 1: The restaurant sets up payment in advance via iPay88 and receives notification via POS_1<\/strong><\/p>\n

I. When the guest makes payment:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> The guest scans QR Code to place order<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> The guest selects items and adds them to Cart. Then click\u00a0Check out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Make payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Guest information,<\/strong> please add phone number in order to check status. Then click\u00a0Check out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

II. The cashier receives notification on POS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

After making payment on iPay88, the cashier will receive a notification on POS as in the image.<\/p>\n

Click on the notification. The program navigates to list of paid orders.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– If PC\/POS_1 which is set up to receive and handle orders loses connection before there’s a new order.<\/strong><\/em> After changing to receive and handle orders on PC\/POS_2: The program will recognize that order, automatically send it to the kitchen, and print bill on PC\/POS_2.<\/p>\n

– If PC\/POS_1 which is set up to receive and handle orders loses connection after there’s a new order.<\/strong><\/em> After changing to receive and handle orders on PC\/POS_2: The program will recognize all orders from the time PC\/POS_1 loses connection, automatically send it to the kitchen, and print bill on PC\/POS_2.<\/p>\n

– If PC\/POS_1 resumes connection:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
