<\/a>1. Improve handling orders from Online order page<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The cashier can handle orders from Online order page easily and quickly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Details of change:<\/b><\/span> As of R100, there are these changes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.1. The cashier can quickly find orders which are placed online<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On CUKCUK Quick Service, click on the icon\"\"<\/span>and select Place order on website <\/strong>to accept orders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>\"\"<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– The default order list filters by the status of orders and first come first serve.<\/span><\/p>\n

– When the customer or shipper comes to pick up, the cashier searches the orders by entering order ID, guest name and phone number.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– When searching by order ID, the cashier just needs to enter the last digits of the order.<\/p>\n

– If there’s any new order, click on the icon\"\"to accept it.
\n<\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span><\/b>\"\"<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. The cashier can quickly edit order before sending confirmation to the guest<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In\u00a0Not confirmed\u00a0<\/strong>status if the guest wants to edit order, the cashier can edit it by clicking on Edit<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cashier edits order at the guest’s request and then confirms.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the guest places order which is shipped to their friends or relatives and wants to edit the recipient, on Guest name <\/strong>the cashier can update the receipient info here<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

After confirming with the guest, click OK <\/strong>to confirm the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, if any item is out of stock or the guest calls to cancel order, the cashier can click on Decline <\/strong>to cancel.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. The cashier can proceed delivery and get payment right on bill list<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– After pressing Delivery <\/strong>button, the order is moved to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Shipping<\/b> status.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– After delivery, the cashier clicks on Get payment <\/strong>and select payment method. The order will be in Paid <\/strong>status<\/span><\/span>.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.4. The cashier wants to send notifications to Online order page so that the guest can know the promotion programs or that the restaurant is overload.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On Order screen, click on the icon\"\"<\/span>to send notification

\nOn <\/span>Send notification <\/b>screen<\/span>, click on the icon\"\"<\/span>to select notification type. Enter content and then click\u00a0<\/span>Send.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then the guest can see the notification on Online order page as in the image below.<\/span>

Currently, food and beverage service business models always have to face the problem of how to improve the restaurant interface to attract consumers with attractive promotions. Therefore, as of R100 version, CUKCUK has improved a number of utilities related to the Order at the table page, which helps the restaurant create professionalism, improve its image in the market, and contribute to business growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0Online sale\/Order at the table\/Settings<\/strong>: Improve contacts including:<\/span><\/p>\n

The manager can customize colors by entering the desired color code in the box below.<\/span><\/p>\n

At\u00a0Take order<\/strong>, check the box\u00a0Require the guests to select table number for the first time of order\u00a0<\/strong>so that the guests can add mutliple tables. When they scan QR Code, table numbers they select will be automatically merged.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Modifier<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Go to\u00a0Online sale\/Order at the table<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0Menu\/Edit\/Modifier<\/strong>, the manager select the maximum selectable number of modifiers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then click\u00a0Save.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>II. On Order at the table page<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Currently on the homepage and on the checkout screen, when the guest accesses the Order at the table page, the screen does not display the promotion details. Upon checking out, they do not know the promotions to apply. This will create a bad experience for the guests. Therefore, the software has made the following improvements:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Show table name and item details<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n\u2013 Show total amount of items in the cart<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n\u2013 Show order status<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\n\u2013 Show contact screen<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
