{"id":23818,"date":"2022-09-27T00:37:38","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T17:37:38","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=23818"},"modified":"2022-09-27T00:38:00","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T17:38:00","slug":"how-to-set-price-of-food-drink-by-area","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/en\/kb\/how-to-set-price-of-food-drink-by-area\/","title":{"rendered":"How to set price of food\/drink by area?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"PageHeader_Content\">\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">If the restaurant has different prices applied to different areas (For example: Price in room with A\/C is higher than that in a common room or price on the third floor is higher than that on the first) and wants to set it on software, follow these steps:<br \/>\n<strong>Step 1:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Go to the management page,\u00a0<strong>System settings\\General settings\\Purchase\/Sale,\u00a0<\/strong>check\u00a0<strong>Apply the selling price policy by area<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/Gia_KV_01.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Select\u00a0<strong>Yes\/No\u00a0<\/strong>to apply price by area for items on menu<br \/>\n&#8211; For the restaurants which already have menu: Go to menu, export the list to Excel. Then select Yes in\u00a0<strong>Apply price by area\u00a0<\/strong>column for applicable items. Then import it to the program.<br \/>\n&#8211; For the restaurants which do not have menu, prepare an Excel file and then import it to the program<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/gi%20theo%20khu%20vuc\/excel%20thuc%20don.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to Menu, click\u00a0<strong>Set up price by area policy<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/gi%20theo%20khu%20vuc\/be%20thi%20lap%20gia%201.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set increased\/decreased percentage\/amount for items by area (this area is in the restaurant layout) by clicking on Quick settings or click the icon\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help2014.misa.local\/cukcuk\/images\/iconthietlap_06062019.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0on each item<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/gi%20theo%20khu%20vuc\/be%20thi%20lap%20gia%202.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\nThen select Apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After that, price of each item in each area will be updated as set.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Note: When setting\u00a0<\/em><em><strong>Price policy,\u00a0<\/strong>only applicable to items checked\u00a0<strong>Apply price by area.\u00a0<\/strong>For these checked items, you need to\u00a0<strong>Price policy settings\u00a0<\/strong>to apply again.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you add new items or want to adjust different prices of each item in different areas, go to Selling price policy tab and check Apply price by area.
