For a restaurant chain, the software supports\u00a0stock issue to other restaurant\u00a0<\/a>in the chain.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>2.1. Stock issue for sale<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Instruction steps<\/strong><\/div>\n
To recognize stock issue for sale, follow these steps:<\/span><\/div>\n
1.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Go to\u00a0<\/span>Storehouse\\Stock issue.<\/strong><\/div>\n

2. Click <\/span>Add<\/strong>\u00a0and select<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>stock issue for sale\u00a0from list of stock issue by purpose.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

3.\u00a0Click\u00a0Select item sold\u00a0<\/strong>and start search, select item sold to calculate ingredient.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Click OK\u00a0<\/strong>the program will calculate ingredient for items sold based on ingredient recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Edit if necessary before clicking <\/span>Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Enter Expiry date<\/strong> to know which ingredient is going to be expired and make a plan accordingly.<\/span>
\nIf the restaurant wants to automatically issue stock based on sold orders, please follow these steps:
\n<\/strong>On the management page, go to\u00a0General settings\\Purchase\/Sale\\Storehouse\u00a0and check\u00a0Automatically issue stock upon sale.\u00a0\u00a0Select time and click Save.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\nNote: after setting this:<\/strong><\/span>
\n– The program will automatically issue stock according to default storehouse. Go to\u00a0Utilities\\Ingredient\u00a0<\/strong>to set up default storehouse for ingredients.<\/span>
\n– The program will automatically create stock isue note for ingredients based on sold orders up to the selected time. It may take some time to generate a note. Please click Load data on Utilities\\Stock issue if you have not seen the note.<\/span><\/p>\n
