1. Purpose
\n<\/strong>The manager can quickly update price of\u00a0seasonal price items<\/a> and items subject to price schedule<\/a> by updating price on Excel file and then import it to the software.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>2.1. Update price for seasonal price items<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To update price of\u00a0seasonal price items, follow these steps:<\/span>
\n1. Go to\u00a0Menu\\Update price<\/strong>. Check\u00a0Update seasonal price items.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

2.Download Excel template file. Update new price on\u00a0Selling price\u00a0<\/strong>column.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you want to change price of an item which is not in the list, you need to go back to\u00a0Menu,\u00a0<\/strong>search such item and\u00a0check\u00a0Seasonal price items<\/strong>, then download the Excel file again.<\/span>
\n3. After updating new price, save and close the Excel file.<\/span>
\n4. Click\u00a0Select\u00a0<\/strong>to import the updated Excel file.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

\n6. Click\u00a0Proceed<\/strong>, the system will update price of valid items and notify of import results.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To update price schedule, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\n2. Download Excel template file.\u00a0On\u00a0Apply price schedule\u00a0<\/strong>column: Select\u00a0Yes\u00a0<\/strong>for items subject to\u00a0Apply price schedule. Update price for each schedule on Price schedule column.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3. After updating selling price, save and close Excel file.<\/span>
