Purpose<br \/>\n<\/strong>To quickly create menu by importing an existing Excel file to the software. It is usually applied to the restaurant which uses software for the first time and has an existing Excel file.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"PageHeader_Content\">\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To import menu from an Excel file, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1.\u00a0Select\u00a0<strong>Menu\\Import<\/strong>. Download an Excel template as instructed below.<strong><a name=\"QLnhomKH1\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/nhap-khau-thuc-don-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Copy the menu to be imported to the Excel file as instructed in\u00a0<strong>Example\u00a0<\/strong>sheet of the downloaded file.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/nhap-khau-thuc-don-2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. After creating menu in Excel, save and close the file.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Upload the filled menu to the sotware.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/nhap-khau-thuc-don-3.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>If any item in the Excel file has the same code as that in the system, fix it by either of these ways:<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Select\u00a0<strong>Update<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to update information of such item on the software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Select\u00a0<strong>Skip<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to keep information of such item on the software and not to update information from the Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5. Click\u00a0<strong>Continue.\u00a0<\/strong>At the\u00a0<strong>Check data<\/strong>\u00a0step, the system will show the valid and invalid items.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/nhap-khau-thuc-don-4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6. Click\u00a0<strong>Proceed<\/strong>.
