Purpose<br \/>\n<\/strong>The guest can use CUKCUK Self-order to take order for themselves and send their request to the restauran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. On the screen, the program shows all items in menu of the restaurant. The guest can view menu by category or search by entering item name.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/self-ordering-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Increase\/decrease quantity if you want to add\/reduce item.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5. If you want to recognize take-away item, click the icon\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/self-ordering-11.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0on the item.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/self-ordering-1-9.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">8. After that, click\u00a0<strong>\u201cCofirm\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>and wait for confirmation from the cashier.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/self-ordering-1-10.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">After the guest clicks Confirm, this request will be sent to cashier to confirm.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">View details on how the cashier confirms the guest&#8217;s self-order\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpv2.cukcuk.com\/en\/kb\/confirm-the-guests-self-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* If the manager does not require the cashier to confirm the guest&#8217;s request before sending it to kitchen\/bar:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">After taking order the guest clicks Send order, this order will be shown on the cashier&#8217;s device and sent directly to kitchen\/bar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/self-ordering-1-11.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a09.
