Purpose<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

The cashier can easily manage change in multiple currencies

\nInstruction steps:
\nOn PC<\/strong><\/p>\n

On check-out screen, if the change is more than 0, click on the icon <\/span>to view exchange details. Select the currency to return change as per the guest’s request and then click\u00a0<\/span>Close<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>
\nE.g.\u00a0The change is 42.500,00 IDR, the cashier checks the exchange rate and returns the change in the requested currency.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tablet
\n<\/strong><\/b>On check-out screen, if the change is more than 0, click on the icon\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0and select the changed currency and click\u00a0Close.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>2. Allow to manage payment cards
\n<\/strong>Purpose:
\n<\/strong>The cashier can follow up the cards paid by the guests without entering the card number<\/span>
Instruction steps:
\n<\/strong>On the management page, go to\u00a0<\/span>“System settings\/General settings”,<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span>Currency<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>uncheck\u00a0Converted currency settings.
\n<\/b>On PC, the check-out screen shows card types like VISA\/Master. The cashier can easily recognize the guest’s card information without entering card number.<\/span><\/strong>

The printed bill shows card type paid by the guest. This facilitates the cashier in comparing the printed bills and the bank’s transfer confirmation.<\/p>\n
